Magician Ian Saville has gone bananas. Completely bananas. He’s even started calling himself Ian Banana. And with his friends Charlie Banana (the singing cat), and Penny Banana (the escapologist Penguin), he is ready to present a great new act to the world – The Three Bananas!

The only trouble is, Penny's not so keen. She’s had enough of bananas and she's leaving. She's even thinking of joining up with the rival act, the three doughnuts! But Ian and Charlie can't do the act without her. Who else could possibly escape from the incredible banana box? And anyway, you need at least three to make a bunch.

Will this be the end of The 3 Bananas? It's going to take some hard work and ingenuity on the part of Ian and Charlie to persuade Penny to return. They do have the bananaphone, the bananacam and a broadbanana connection to the internet, not to mention the help of an enthusiastic audience, but will that be enough?

Ian Saville’s one-man show combines the magic, comedy and ventriloquism for which he is so well known with a fascinating story and a captivating cast of characters. With Ian’s gentle humour, and his unique rapport with adults and children, audiences are really going bananas for it.
